The New England Hotel Boston, Boston

My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The rooms were extremely disappointing; the shower room was tiny, the bedding had stains, and the hot water didn't work. Additionally, the noise from the traffic made it impossible to get any rest. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, no matter the price or deal offered.

The hotel had a great view from the spacious room, with reasonable furniture and the option to open the window for fresh air. However, some maintenance issues like missing handles and a short kettle lead were noticeable. The small shower room was a bit cramped with the toilet in an awkward position.

The hotel was not suitable for accommodation as shown in pics with shocking rooms, stained bedding, and non-functional amenities. I wouldn't stay here again. On the bright side, it was really clean, and the staff was very friendly. The English breakfast was good.

The executive room I stayed in was in need of a complete renovation and very basic, but the fact that it was free was a plus.
